Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1: Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) apply to transactions concluded via our website www.valcaprimontoises.be, i.e. reservations concerning our accommodation and equipment, including the private spa, swimming pool and bicycles, whether electric or not. Any reservation negotiated directly for any reason whatsoever is also subject to these GTC.

Article 2: Reservation

  • The reservation will be effective after full payment.
  • Booking implies acceptance of these terms and conditions by the hirer, who must expressly state that he/she has read them.
  • All reservations are by name only and may not be transferred or sublet.
  • The Hirer declares that he/she is over 18 years of age and that he/she has full legal capacity to enter into these GTC.

Article 3: Arrivals and departures

  • Rental of our guest rooms or gîte: arrival between 5pm and 8pm and departure no later than 12pm. Guests are responsible for communicating their approximate arrival time in advance of their stay, and for negotiating any arrival outside this time frame with the owners.
  • Private spa rental: punctuality is imperative and any delay will not extend the scheduled session by the same amount of time, and will not result in a reduction in the price of the service. Unless otherwise agreed with the owners, no change of schedule is possible on the day of arrival.

Article 4: Internal regulations

  • Tenants undertake to comply with the house rules and instructions for use of the equipment entrusted to them. Failure to do so may result in immediate cancellation of the rental, without refund, and compensation by the renter for any damaged equipment.
  • Pets are not allowed at Valcaprimontoises.
  • During the entire stay, the tenant must respect the premises. He/she will make good use of the equipment and maintain the accommodation/private spa so as to leave it in perfect condition.
  • In the event of accident or breakage, it is the tenant’s responsibility to inform the owners before departure, and to assume the cost of repair according to the circumstances.
  • Instructions for using the various equipment are clearly communicated to the customer. Failure to comply with these instructions, or any damage caused by the hirer, will entitle us to charge compensation equivalent to the loss suffered. We reserve the right to terminate the session in progress in the event of non-compliance with the regulations governing the use of the private spa, or disturbance of other guests. The same applies to housing.
  • We accept no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses incurred by the customer(s) while using our equipment. In particular, use of the private spa facilities and bicycles is reserved for people whose state of health allows them to do so, and under their sole responsibility.
  • We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
  • The accommodation is non-smoking, as is the private spa. Smoking is permitted outdoors (terraces and gardens), provided that ashes and cigarette butts are collected in an ashtray.
  • The number of people authorized to occupy the rented premises is that indicated in the reservation. It is sometimes possible to accommodate additional guests, with our prior authorization and a possible adjustment to the rental price (e.g.: reservation of the private spa for 2 people and wish to bring 4 on the same day).
  • Rentals for private or business events are subject to discussion before booking online, and can be tailor-made to suit the circumstances.

Article 5: Cancellations

  • Cancellations of bookings made on our website are free of charge up to 7 days before the date of stay. They will not be reimbursed after this period.
  • If the owner has to cancel your stay, the customer will be reimbursed for the sums paid by transfer to the bank account provided by the customer. No form of compensation can be claimed.
  • In the event of equipment malfunction or breakdown, no refund will be given. Depending on the extent and nature of the problem, we will offer the hirer compensation in the form of a price reduction, voucher, etc., in an amount appropriate to the damage suffered.

Article 6: Rates

Only the rates shown on our website apply. These take precedence over any other rates given in any communication (oral, written, via social networks, etc.). They are subject to change without prior notice, without, of course, affecting reservations already confirmed.

Article 7: Personal data

  • We reserve the right to ask you to show your identity card during your stay with us.
  • The buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the law of December 8, 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data.
  • All personal data provided by the purchaser will be treated as confidential and will only be stored and processed within the framework of the relationship between the purchaser and our company. They will not be sold or made available to third parties without the prior agreement of the purchaser. Data may, however, be transmitted to a partner involved in our legal obligations or in the processing of the transaction with the buyer (for example: our accountant, our supplier, a subcontractor, etc.).
  • We undertake to take the best possible security measures to prevent unauthorized third parties from gaining access to personal data communicated to us by the purchaser.
  • The purchaser always has the possibility of knowing what personal data is in our possession and of requesting that it be modified or deleted in order to comply with our legal obligations regarding the retention of data relating to commercial transactions. Article 8: Intellectual property

  • All elements appearing on the www.valcaprimontoises.be website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of HUB Services srl.
  • No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or audio.
  • Any single link or hypertext link is strictly forbidden without the express prior written consent of the seller.
